★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho acquistato la rubinetteria per il bagno e dopo pochi mesi cascava a pezzi. Assistenza post vendita lenta e a dir poco inesistente. Costi per pezzetti di ricambio difettosi astronomici. Sconsiglio vivamente di comprare presso l'Iperceramica in generale: il risparmio all'acquisto è stato in poco tempo superato dai costi di riparazione/manutenzione.
 I bought the bathroom fittings and after a few months it was falling apart. Slow and nothing short of non-existent after-sales assistance. Costs for astronomical defective spare parts. I strongly advise against buying from Iperceramica in general: the savings on purchase were quickly exceeded by the repair / maintenance costs.

Assente il servizio verso i clienti... ho acquistato da un altra parte...
I had every intention of buying floors, taps, bathroom fixtures and accessories for the renovation that I am doing, but both operators were busy with PCs behind the counter and did not manage me. No customer service ... I bought somewhere else ...

Io e la mia ragazza abbiamo trovato un box doccia per un piatto in ceramica da 90 cm x 90 cm che non siamo riusciti a reperire in nessun altro posto. Le offerte periodiche permettono di contenere i costi senza rinunciare a una buona qualità. Il personale è molto professionale e cortese.
Great bathroom shop. My girlfriend and I found a shower enclosure for a 90cm x 90cm ceramic plate that we couldn't find anywhere else. Periodic offers allow you to keep costs down without giving up good quality. The staff are very professional and courteous.

Dopodiché, il post vendita è stato terribile. Mi hanno venduto un rubinetto difettoso. Lo porto indietro e, prima di cambiarlo, con molta presunzione hanno dato la colpa al mio idraulico. Lo hanno smontato, rimontato e riconsegnato dicendomi che avrebbe funzionato. Risultato? Acqua ovunque. Hanno preteso un video e poi me lo hanno sostituito. Discorso diverso per le cerniere del copri water mancanti. Hanno voluto una foto (se mancano a cosa serve) e oggi, 08 maggio, sono 2 mesi che aspetto. Le producono dall'altra parte del mondo?
Nice shop, kind, patient and knowledgeable staff, excellent assortment, good prices and lots of discounts. The positive evaluation ends at the sale. After that, the after sales were terrible. They sold me a faulty faucet. I take it back and, before changing it, they very presumptuously blamed it on my plumber. They took it apart, reassembled and returned it, telling me it would work. Result? Water everywhere. They demanded a video and then replaced it for me. Different speech for the missing toilet seat hinges. They wanted a photo (if they lack what it is for) and today, May 08, I have been waiting for 2 months. Do they produce them on the other side of the world?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho ordinato delle piastrelle pagandole anticipatamente. Sono arrivate nei tempi concordati, ma un terzo era rotto e inutilizzabile. Ho provato inutilmente a contattare il negozio telefonicamente, ma non risponde MAI.
Ho mandato una mail per lamentarmi, e mi è stato risposto che non devo telefonare, ma mandare delle foto con le mattonelle rotte e una copia della bolla dove risulta che ho accettato la consegna con riserva.
Io, su consiglio del trasportatore, fortunatamente avevo accettato con riserva, quindi ho potuto fare quanto richiesto. Ma sono ancora in attesa della risposta. A mio avviso, negozio da evitare accuratamente.
I ordered some tiles paying for them in advance. They arrived on time, but a third was broken and unusable. I tried unsuccessfully to contact the shop by phone, but it NEVER answers.
I sent an email to complain, and was told that I should not call, but send photos with the broken tiles and a copy of the delivery note showing that I have accepted the delivery with reserve.
Fortunately, on the advice of the carrier, I accepted with reserve, so I was able to do what was requested. But I'm still waiting for the answer. In my opinion, shop to be avoided carefully.
