In negozio ho trovato la Sig. ra Marzia, una persona gentile, disponibile, competente che mi ha ascoltato riuscendo a soddisfare tutte le mie esigenze. Ho avuto dei problemi in casa, al momento del ritiro, e mi hanno consentito di posticipare la consegna di parecchio tempo, senza alcun costo aggiuntivo. Lo stesso i corrieri molto gentili e disponibili. Insomma buonissima esperienza. Consiglierò sempre Dondi Salotti. Highly recommended. Alla mia contestazione mi è stato riferito che è una decolorazione normale del tessuto. Nonostante che sia ancora nel pieno della garanzia legale. Mi sembra un atteggiamento non professionale e molto opportunista. Sconsiglio vivamente di acquistare questi prodotti che in 18 mesi deperiscono. Vi chiedono 20 euro per smaltire il vostro usato e quando vi consegnano il nuovo vi dicono che intendevano 20 euro a seduta. Non per ultimo a me mancano anche 3 cuscini già pagati. Bad delivery service and unclear contracts. They ask you 20 euros to dispose of your used one and when they give you the new one they tell you that they meant 20 euros per session. Segnalati più volte alla sede incaricata i difetti del divano appena acquistato, dopo mie mail, telefonate e compilazione apposito form, mi è stato risposto che gli avvallamenti presenti già dopo il primo giorno di utilizzo, erano dovuti all'uso... no comment e che forse l'ottimo tessuto scelto poteva non essere conforme per quella struttura di divano e che quindi nulla avrebbero fatto. Alla mia risposta con la quale ribadivo che l'uso era di giorni e che se il tessuto non fosse andato bene per quel divano, sarebbe stato dovere del venditore avvisarmi e avrei scelto altro, nessuna risposta. Per quanto mi riguarda ritengo il servizio pessimo e evidenzio totale assenza di riguardo per il cliente. Mai più acquisterò presso questa ditta. Peraltro ho chiesto ad altra ditta di rivendita di Divani come si sarebbero comportati nel caso di cui sopra e mi è stato assicurato che il divano sarebbe stato sostituito. Ribadisco mai più Dondi Salotti. 1 star because 0 is not allowed. Scrivi alla mail e rispondono con calma senza nessun chiarimento. Morale della favola il divano è stato consegnato due mesi dopo la data del contratto e attenzione perché l anticipo non è caparra ed è perso se non stai alle loro regole. Tutto questo viene omesso in fase di acquisto e non mi sembra giusto. Comunque il divano l ho avuto dopo due mesi. Mai più. Non è così che si tratta un cliente.
