Anche in seguito per una piccola variazione si è dimostrata estremamente disponibile ad accontentarci. Ci siamo trovati molto bene. A due anni dall’acquisto ( Sarzana) abbiamo fatto presente al negozio di acquisto che un meccanismo di alzata meccanica di una parte dello schienale non sta più dritto non a causa di usura, perché mai utilizzato, ma da un difetto di fabbrica. Ci è stato risposto che non è più in garanzia e fatto un preventivo di € 300. Abbiamo allora inviato mail direttamente alla sede e segnalazione su loro sito: dovevamo essere ricontattati entro 3 giorni, ma da allora il nulla. La tanto decantata qualità non esiste proprio e la serietà tanto meno. Avrei dovuto comprare altro divano, tappeto e lampada ma passo direttamente alla concorrenza. Da una settimana il rivestimento in ecopelle ha iniziato a sfaldarsi seppur sempre trattato solo con panno umido d'acqua come consigliato al momento dell'acquisto. La garanzia non copre il rivestimento oltre i 24 mesi e mi è stato fatto un preventivo di 700 euro su rivestimento nuovo che dovrei mettere poi da sola o pagare ulteriore intervento a domicilio. Ho fatto notare ad una gentilissima impiegata che non credo non sappiano che questo è un problema del loro prodotto e che un divano di qualità non può in due anni essere impresentabile. Mi ha risposto con correttezza che lo sanno e che il mio rivestimento non è più in produzione. Artigiani della sincerità ma della qualità e della correttezza verso il cliente non mi pare di poterlo dire. Mi dispiace veramente. Purchased important sofa in August 2018.
