La venditrice non mi proponeva soluzioni ai miei problemi ed era piuttosto rigida sulla composizione del mobile. Probabilmente non era in giornata, ma alla fine non mi ha chiesto né il numero di telefono, né la mail per un preventivo approfondito; né mi ha stampato il preventivo sommario con la composizione. Forse non eravamo degni del suo negozio. Mmmmah! Staff unhelpful. good quality furniture but in my opinion too expensive. Quando finalmente arriva il benedetto armadio tutti e 3 i cassetti centrali ROTTI!!!. Poi dite come mai la gente fa gli acquisti su internet!!! 100 volte meglio. A mai più nemmeno per un comodino. Ad oggi sollecito ancora il fatto che il letto è stato montato male cadono i pannelli del contenitore. Finalmente mi hanno dato l appuntamento per sistemare il tutto peccato che non si sono mai visti e non hanno nemmeno avvisato Bed delivered in April (one month later than expected they were forgotten) !!! Ti invogliano con prezzi tutto sommato accessibili (neanche poi tanto) e con uno showroom curato, poi nella realtà dei fatti ti ritrovi una cucina con materiali pessimi e montata in maniera orribile: - tutto storto - non ho un'anta che sia una che chiude correttamente - durante il montaggio hanno bucato la guarnizione della lavastoviglie che ho dovuto cambiare a mie spese A più riprese ho chiamato per venire a verificare, ma oggi, dopo circa 6 mesi, ancora non si è visto nessuno. Per ritardi dei lavori siamo stati noi a doverla posticipare di qualche settimana e il personale è venuto incontro alle nostre esigenze. Il materiale è stato consegnato il giorno prefissato. Ci sono voluti due giorni per il montaggio di sala e cucina ma senza problemi. Il mio consiglio rimane comunque quello di fare un po’ di sorveglianza durante il montaggio perché fidarsi è bene ma non fidarsi è meglio per quanto riguarda queste cose. Per il resto non abbiamo avuto nessun problema con il personale e con il servizio. Friendly and very helpful staff. We bought the kitchen and dining room.
