Le alternative erano o seppellirlo da qualche parte, cosa vietata dalle norme e comunque non disponiamo di terreni, o rivolgersi a una ditta che lo avrebbe trattato come un rifiuto da smaltire. A questo punto mi sono ricordato che Anna mi aveva raccontato di una leggenda dove i nostri pelosetti, quando ci lasciano, salgono sul ponte dell’arcobaleno. Ho cercato su internet, mi è apparso “Paradiso a 4 zampe” e ho telefonato. La persona che mi ha risposto mi ha subito dato una bella impressione ed è anche stata disponibile ad aspettarmi per ricevere il corpicino di Pamuk, nonostante la mancanza di preavviso e l’orario. Giunti a destinazione abbiamo potuto vedere a fianco dell’ingresso il murales che rappresenta il ponte dell’arcobaleno e conoscere finalmente Simone: la calda accoglienza riservata a noi e Pamuk ci ha conquistato. Grazie Simone per averci accompagnato in questo difficile momento. Siamo profondamente convinti che ognuno nasce in questo mondo con un compito preciso: quello di Simone è di accogliere i nostri pelosetti nel loro ultimo viaggio e di guidare nel dolore noi umani, che li piangiamo, col calore che sa emanare.
