Mai succesa una cosa del genere nella mia vita..... alle mie proteste la situazione è completamente cambiata il personale è diventato scortese ed insofferente. Ho dovuto aspettare almeno un mese per avere i diffusori nuovi come mi spettava. Sono andato in questo posto per contrastare la grande diffusione dei grandi magazzini sperando in un rapporto più umano e competenza. Mi sono sbagliato. Lo sconsiglio. Never has such a thing happened in my life ..... at my protests the situation has completely changed the staff has become rude and impatient. I had to wait at least a month to get the new speakers as I expected. I went to this place to counter the widespread distribution of department stores hoping for a more human relationship and competence. I was wrong. I don't recommend it.

Preventivi gonfiati rapporti col cliente pessimi nessuna assistenza e impianti che non funzionano.Da sconsigliare vivamente non capisco come facciano ad essere ancora in attività.Le recensioni positive secondo me sono pilotate perchè sento parecchie persone che sono state trattate come me.Una volta pagato non rispondono più al telefono.Auguro loro di fallire. Lo scorso 15 giugno 2021 abbiamo deciso di installare due impianti di aria condizionata, di cui uno da sostituire ed uno da montare ex novo. Oltre ai modi poco carini del proprietario all’arrivo a casa nostra - poiché infastidito dal fatto che un suo “tecnico/collaboratore” avesse preso misure inadeguate durante il primo sopralluogo - e oltre alla manifesta mancanza di competenza (voleva installare uno split ove non era possibile causa problemi evidenti di spazio), non si può tralasciare il fatto che ad oggi, 11 ottobre 2021, ci troviamo ancora con una “pompa” di risalita dell’acqua posizionata esternamente e senza alcuna copertura. Coloro che hanno montato gli impianti sono già venuti diverse volte senza mai riuscire a risolvere il problema, dicendoci anzi che probabilmente dovremo convivere con un fastidiosissimo rumore (spesso di durata superiore al minuto) dovuto alla “pompetta” posta nella canalina esterna (tra l’altro montata storta). Per non parlare di quando, rincasati, abbiamo trovato il pavimento completamente bagnato ed il muro del salone grondante di acqua, la quale usciva ininterrottamente anche da impianto spento. Inoltre, quando si chiede loro di fissare un appuntamento per l’ultimazione (dovuta!!!) del lavoro, tendono sempre a rimandare a fine settimana, salvo poi sparire nel nulla per mesi. Una cosa è certa: non consiglieremo mai questo negozio. In our personal experience it is impossible to talk about this shop by giving it the adjective of "professional". On June 15, 2021, we decided to install two air conditioning systems, one of which to be replaced and one to be assembled from scratch. In addition to the owner's not very nice manners upon arrival at our home - because he was annoyed by the fact that one of his "technicians / collaborators" had taken inadequate measures during the first inspection - and in addition to the manifest lack of competence (he wanted to install a split where he was not possible cause obvious space problems), we cannot overlook the fact that as of today, 11 October 2021, we still find ourselves with a water rising “pump” positioned externally and without any cover. Those who have mounted the systems have already come several times without ever being able to solve the problem, telling us indeed that we will probably have to live with a very annoying noise (often lasting more than a minute) due to the "pump" placed in the external channel (between other mounted crooked). Not to mention when, returning home, we found the floor completely wet and the wall of the living room dripping with water, which came out continuously even when the system was turned off. Furthermore, when they are asked to make an appointment for the completion (due !!!) of the work, they always tend to postpone until the weekend, only to disappear into thin air for months. One thing is for sure: we will never recommend this shop.
