La risposta è stata 'è fatto così è solo sporco' al che è stato chiesto uno sconto che è stato negato. Fosse stato per me il congelatore sarebbe rimasto lì. La risposta conferma a mio parere la pochissima gentilezza e professionalità ricevuta. Prices much higher than on the internet, the only reason why I advised my parents to buy here is to help small village shops. the freezer was delivered to me without packaging and with obvious signs. The answer was 'it's done so it's just dirty' to which a discount was denied that was denied. Had it been for me the freezer would stay there. Mi hanno accompagnata e aiutata concretamente fino alla risoluzione del problema. Non mi sono sentita un numero ma un cliente con un problema piuttosto urgente da risolvere per il quale il centro assistenza in garanzia ha impiegato un mese e mezzo per venirne a capo. Non posso che ringraziarli e consigliarli. Grandi professionisti con un estrema attenzione per il cliente Great availability and interest for a problem with the washing machine that was sold by them and still under warranty. They accompanied and helped me concretely until the problem was resolved. I did not feel like a number but a customer with a rather urgent problem to solve for which the warranty service center took a month and a half to solve it. I can only thank them and recommend them. Great professionals with extreme attention to the customer
