Stavolta ho optato per una tartara e due tipi di secondo, una filetto di maiale in crosta di nocciole e una bistecca. La qualità della carne è eccezionale. Ho apprezzato molto la possibilità di recarsi nella macelleria adiacente per scegliere il pezzo di bistecca e la quantità da ordinare, tutto pesato e prezzato al momento e considerando che oggi giorno molti non seguono un prezzario standard ma a testa loro, mi è sembrata un'ottima iniziativa. Ci ritornerò sicuramente.
Well-kept restaurant and friendly and professional staff. The quality of the products is felt and the choice is wide and accurate. This time I opted for a tartare and two types of second, a pork filet in a crust of hazelnuts and a steak. The quality of the meat is exceptional. I really enjoyed the opportunity to go to the adjacent butcher shop to choose the piece of steak and the quantity to order, all weighed and priced at the time and considering that today many do not follow a standard price list but in their mind, it seemed excellent initiative. I will definitely be back.
