G	Gianluca Mele on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono stato a pranzo con mia moglie e mio figlio ( siamo di Monopoli) ci hanno portato amici della zona...posto elegante, chef e personale cordiali....siamo rimasti stupiti dalle prelibatezze che ci sono state servite a tavola....un posto da 100 e lode per la qualità del cibo e la presentazione dei piatti... lo consiglio a chi vuole cambiare le proprie abitudini culinarie....Gennaro congratulazioni per tutto e se ritorniamo dalle vostre parti sicuramente torneremo a gustare i tuoi piatti I was for lunch with my wife and my son (we are from Monopoli) they brought us friends from the area ... elegant place, friendly chef and staff .... we were amazed by the delicacies that were served to us at the table ... .a place of 100 and praise for the quality of the food and the presentation of the dishes ... I recommend it to those who want to change their culinary habits .... Gennaro congratulations for everything and if we return to your part surely we will return to taste yours dishes

Il menù propone antipasti, primi e secondi sia di mare che di terra seguendo la stagionalità dei prodotti. È possibile scegliere anche l'opzione menù degustazione. I piatti si presentano molto bene ed equilibrati nei sapori. Tra quelli assaggiati, i più buoni e con maggiore identità sono stati i secondi proposti dallo chef: il tonno vitellato dal sapore più deciso e i bocconcini di maialino con scarole, molto più delicato. Il mio consiglio è quello di farvi consigliare dallo chef tutte le portate o almeno una parte. Per il dolce, consiglio la zuppa di latte che è un must. Il servizio eccellente. Infine il prezzo pagato vale la qualità dei piatti offerti. La mia esperienza nel complesso è stata molto positiva. Super satisfied! The place is pleasant in appearance: modern design and attention to detail. The menu offers appetizers, first and second courses of both sea and land following the seasonality of the products. It is also possible to choose the tasting menu option. The dishes are presented very well and balanced in flavors. Among those tasted, the best and with the greatest identity were the main courses proposed by the chef: the veal tuna with a more decisive flavor and the much more delicate pieces of suckling pig with escarole. My advice is to get the chef to advise you on all courses or at least part of them. For dessert, I recommend the milk soup which is a must. The excellent service. Finally, the price paid is worth the quality of the dishes offered. My overall experience has been very positive.

Per quanto riguarda il cibo: si mangia divinamente. Abbiamo scelto il percorso proposto dallo chef, a base di carne, ed è stato un crescendo di sapori eccellenti. La cena si è chiusa con la famosa zuppa di latte e il liquore alla Rossana (si, la famosa caramella). Il prezzo assolutamente in linea con quanto proposto. Assolutente da provare e poi tornarci ancora. Small but very nice place. The chef personally welcomes guests, the table and the service in general are meticulous. As for food: it is eaten divinely. Siamo stati accolti appena entrati dallo chef che ci ha proposto o il menu alla carta o “di affidarci a lui” (cosa che abbiamo fatto scegliendo menu carne). E siamo rimasti sbalorditi dal gusto e dalla presentazione dei piatti, lo chef ci ha accompagnato durante il percorso raccontandoci i suoi piatti e facendo attenzione anche alle intolleranze che ci aveva chiesto appena arrivati al tavolo. Tutti piatti sono di altissima qualità, gli accostamenti di sapori ( che a noi potrebbero sembrare strani) sono semplicemente fantastici, il tutto è contornato da un’atmosfera moderna e rilassante. L’ennesimo punto a favore, da non sottovalutare, è che si parcheggia la macchina molto semplicemente! Consigliato agli amanti della buona cucina e del buon vino Bistró Rei is a culinary experience! Abbiamo deciso di fare un percorso culinario senza ordinare alla carta, lo chef ci ha giusto posto qualche domanda su eventuali preferenze ed intolleranze/allergie. Tutti i piatti erano ottimi, in particolare la tartare di manzo. Quando si entra si percepisce da subito la passione e le attenzioni che lo chef riserva ad ogni cliente merito non solo di un ambiente accogliente e non dispersivo ma anche della gentilezza del servizio. Consiglio assolutamente questo locale. As soon as we arrived we were greeted by the chef who made us sit at the table. We decided to take a culinary journey without ordering a la carte, the chef just asked us a few questions about any preferences and intolerances / allergies. All dishes were great, especially the beef tartare. When you enter, you immediately perceive the passion and attention that the chef reserves for each customer thanks not only to a welcoming and non-distracting environment but also to the kindness of the service. I absolutely recommend this place.

When you get into the street you don't expect much, but the food is extremely excellent! Chef Genaro takes so much pride in his food and even made sure that my brother could have specially made lactose free food! I definitely recommend a visit!
