New structure well cared for with comfortable rooms ... Small but high quality restaurant ... weak points: surely the way to reach it .... no area dedicated to children ... no animal

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Appena arrivato in camera mi accorgo che il climatizzatore nonostante sia stato da me acceso non funziona bene.. allora chiamo una signora, colei che mi ha registrato all’arrivo. Manda un cameriere nella mia camera che non sa cosa fare.. non esiste alcun telecomando ed è impossibile regolare il clima.. il giorno dopo per la colazione è tutto chiuso e non si può neanche prendere un caffè, quindi devo scendere con la macchina in un bar fuori dalla struttura perché all’interno non c’è nessuno. Al mio arrivo mi viene detto dalla stessa signora che posso lasciare la camera quando voglio nell’arco della giornata successiva, e invece ricevo una chiamata alle 16:30 da un signore che mi dice che devo liberare la camera. A mio parere l’organizzazione è scarsa, la camera con le mura crepate, i climatizzatori che addirittura vengono staccati dal personale stesso durante la notte e il personale che alla mia lamentela non sa neanche rispondermi. Esperienza negativa.
As soon as I arrived in the room I realized that the air conditioner, despite having been turned on by me, does not work well .. so I call a lady, the one who registered me on arrival. Send a waiter to my room who does not know what to do .. there is no remote control and it is impossible to adjust the climate .. the next day for breakfast is all closed and you can not even take a coffee, so I have to get off with the car in a bar outside the hotel because there is no one inside. Upon my arrival I am told by the same lady that I can leave the room whenever I want within the next day, and instead I receive a call at 4:30 pm from a gentleman who tells me that I must vacate the room. In my opinion the organization is scarce, the room with the cracked walls, the air conditioners that are even detached by the same staff during the night and the staff who cannot even answer my complaint. Negative experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have a house near Cefalu. This is a really nice agriturismo. We go every time in Sicily. We go on the way to or from the airport as it's about halfway from Cefalu to Palermo. Has nice views over Termini. Always open as well.
