Ottimo per organizzare eventi privati nella max riservatezza o per passarvi qualche ora di relax non che qualche settimana di meravigliosa vacanza, usufruendo se si vuole dei servizi extra proposti dal proprietario. It is a wonderful, heavenly and very private place. Great for organizing private events in maximum privacy or to spend a few hours of relaxation, not just a few weeks of wonderful holiday, taking advantage of the extra services offered by the owner.

È terrazzo sul mare proprietario disponibile , attrezzato di barca propria per eventuali uscite su richiesta. grazie Sandro Spend 2 fabulous fairytale days in three large spaces inside and out. It is a private terrace on the sea available, equipped with its own boat for any exits on request. thanks Sandro

Рядом старая крепость, место проведения свадьб, когда музыка очень громко играет до 1:00 или 2:00 часов ночи. 3. Парковки возле виллы нет. В остальном все хорошо. More than three stars do not deserve this place. 1. There is no air conditioning. 2. Nearby is an old fortress, a venue for weddings, when music plays very loudly until 1:00 or 2:00 at night. 3. There is no parking near the villa. Everything else is good.

Affacciata sul Golfo con vista fino a Cefalù, la Villetta offre due camere da letto matrimoniali ed un divano letto a due posti nell'ampio salone. Grande anche la cucina completa di tutti gli accessori ed utensili. Sotto l'ampia e panoramica veranda si trova un tavolo per pranzi e cene all'aperto e due sedie a sdraio. Sul lato destro altri tre lettini con utile doccia rinfrescante. A due passi dal porto dove si trova la Torre Normanna spesso utilizzata per matrimoni e rinfresco che terminano con spettacolari fuochi artificiali. Unforgettable vacation. Overlooking the Gulf with views up to Cefalù, the Villetta offers two double bedrooms and a double sofa bed in the large living room. There is also a large kitchen complete with all accessories and utensils. Under the wide and panoramic veranda there is a table for outdoor dining and two deck chairs. On the right side three more beds with useful refreshing shower. A stone's throw from the port where the Norman Tower is often used for weddings and refreshments that end with spectacular fireworks.
