Per me il virus è in tutti i canali di accesso... Non funziona un cavolo.... Sempre occupato sia Termini che Roma.... Mi dite cosa bisogna fare.....
Unbelievable .... I can not communicate in any way e'oltraggioso against all citizens who would like to access the INPS services ... For me the virus is all access channels ... It does not work a damn .. .. Always busy both Termini and Rome .... Tell me what to do .....

Nothing works. The phone is always busy and if you make an appointment to view a file they do not speak up. What customer service is that ???

Inefficienza , 5 mesi per una pratica, 2 appuntamenti telefonici e mai ricevuto chiamate e nemmeno l'opportunità di lamentarsi con chi di competenza,causa uffici chiusi.
LAVORATE!
Telephone disconnected, automatic replies to tickets with the usual copy-paste.
Inefficiency, 5 months for a practice, 2 telephone appointments and never received calls and not even the opportunity to complain to those in charge, due to closed offices.
