★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Parlo del contatto telefonico. Per chiamare presso un'agenzia a 30 km, ci si riferisce ad un call center posto a 600 km. Ma magari funzionasse....una voce guida, che dopo averti fatto aspettare tanto tempo, non ti mette in contatto con nessuno e poi ti chiede pure il livello di gradimento! Provato più volte nulla. E' un vero peccato che non si possano dare voti sotto lo zero!

But maybe it worked .... a guiding voice, which after making you wait a long time, does not put you in contact with anyone and then also asks you the level of satisfaction!
