Personale non disponibile e non competente liquidano velocemente e con motivazioni assurde senza troppe spiegazioni, la povera gente che se si reca li è perché ha dei problemi. Parassiti statali. Uffici sporchissimi e fatiscenti. INDECENT. Rude listless staff. With only 4 hours to the public they treat you badly after incredible queues. And the bosses on the first floor even worse. How disgusting. State parasites. Dirty and dilapidated offices.
