M	Michele Carnicella on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lunedì 9 dicembre 2019, sul sito web risulta tutto in norma, poi arrivo in sede e due guardie giurate al quanto scortesi mi informano che la sede è chiusa per riunioni sindacali. Tanta roba, non metto zero stelle perché non è possibile. Avete un sito web porca miseria potete anche scomodarvi a scrivere due righe a riguardo la chiusura. Monday, December 9, 2019, everything on the website is up to standard, then I arrive at the office and two security guards to the rude inform me that the office is closed for union meetings. Lots of stuff, I don't put zero stars because it's not possible. You have a website that can give you misery you can even bother to write two lines about the closure.

G	Giuseppe Colucci on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Voglio incoraggiare tutto il personale che lavora presso questo delicatissimo settore dello Stato ...prego vivamente i dirigenti di organizzare al meglio i vari settori per renderli più accessibili e più vicini alle esigenze della gente ....i pensionati ...tantissimi ...hanno bisogno di essere aiutati ...gli aggiornamenti ....le comunicazioni tardano ad arrivare ...spesso non si conoscono i percorsi delle pratiche e bisogna ricorrere ai telefoni, appuntamenti etc .....spesso si ricorre ai legali per riconoscere e/o accelerare l'iter delle pratiche ...vogliamo l'INPS più vicina alle esigenze della gente ... La segreteria dice di riprovare più tardi,quindi? Tra un'ora e mezza chiude,come può comunicare una persona col personale che lavora là? Perché mettono il numero di telefono se poi non và nessuno? Pessima accoglienza da parte dell'operatrice dello sportello nr. 1 , la quale in malo modo, mi ha detto che non era possibile prendere appuntamento in quella aede. Mi dice di chiamare il centralino e quando le ho detto che sono giorni che sto provando a chiamare, molto maleducatamente mi ha detto di chiamare davanti a lei. Ho fatto 20 telefonate al numero indicato e alla ventesima telefonata sono riuscita a prendere un appuntamento presso un'altra sede inps di Bari.
