This seat was built during fascism and there was a seaplane landing area on the seafront. Now it has no more reason to be located here.

Costruito su progetto dell'architetto Dioguardi nella prima metà degli anni '30 nel cosiddetto stile littorio, tipico del periodo. Un aneddoto vuole che durante la seconda guerra mondiale Marlene Dietrich abbia contratto una bronchite affacciandosi ad un terrazzino impedendole di tenere lo spettacolo previsto al Petruzzelli in serata. Beautiful period structure integrated into the suggestive view of the Lungomare di Bari. Built on a project by the architect Dioguardi in the first half of the 1930s in the so-called lictorian style, typical of the period. An anecdote has it that during the Second World War Marlene Dietrich contracted bronchitis when she looked out from a small terrace, preventing her from holding the show scheduled at Petruzzelli in the evening.
