Das Frühstück ist nicht außergewöhnlich, aber vollkommen okay.
Unser Zimmer war schlicht und leider etwas klein.
Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen.
 Beautiful facility. Very neat and clean! ??
Breakfast is not exceptional, but perfectly okay.
Our room was simple and unfortunately a bit small.
We would come back anytime.

Pulizia buona, colazioni con prodotti locali e di produzione propria!
Location curata nei dettagli e posto molto rilassante. Piscina a disposizione degli ospiti che è sempre apprezzata anche solo per un bagno veloce o per un calice di vino al tramonto. Frigo e servizio lavanderia a disposizione.
Comodo alle principali spiaggie e alle principali città come Noto, Modica e Scicli.
Consigliatissimo!

Good cleaning, breakfasts with local and home-grown products!
Location with attention to detail and very relaxing place. Swimming pool available to guests which is always appreciated even just for a quick swim or a glass of wine at sunset. Fridge and laundry service available.
Convenient to the main beaches and major cities such as Noto, Modica and Scicli.
Highly recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Soggiornato a fine settembre per cinque notti. Camere pulite e con tutto quello che occorre. Tutte le camere sono nella casa principale adibita solo a B&B, il gestore abita in altra abitazione a pochissimi metri dalla principale, sempre interna alla tenuta. Colazione ok, dolce e salato, yogurt frutta etc. Spazi condivisi generosi, bella la piscina anche se non sfruttata visto che si è a 10minuti da Fontane Bianche, che merita. Mare cristallino è a settembre spiaggia vuota, un ombrellone più due lettini circa 20€.
B&B immerso nel verde tra piante di limoni, zona tranquilla e facile da raggiungere. A 10 minuti dal centro di Avola. Buona base x Noto, Modica, Siracusa Ortigia, Ragusa, Marzamemi, punta di capo passero è isola delle due correnti.
Stayed in late September for five nights. Clean rooms with everything you need. All the rooms are in the main house used only as a B&B, the manager lives in another house a few meters from the main one, always inside the estate. Ok breakfast, sweet and savory, fruit yogurt etc. Generous shared spaces, beautiful swimming pool even if not exploited since it is 10 minutes from Fontane Bianche, which it deserves. The crystalline sea is empty in September, an umbrella plus two sunbeds around € 20.
B&B surrounded by greenery among lemon trees, a quiet and easy to reach area. 10 minutes from the center of Avola. Good base for Noto, Modica, Syracuse Ortigia, Ragusa, Marzamemi, Punta di Capo Passero is the island of the two currents.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is an awesome beatiful place! It is in between of lemon trees with an incredible flair. The landlord is very friendly and helpful with questions.
The breakfast with great prosciutto, selfmade marmelades and apricots from a tree in the yard is wonderful.
I think you need to have a car to go there but then it is very beautiful to relax or for trips in the region.
