Interessante anche il Sangiovese, freschissimo e adatto anche al pesce. G	Giacomo Biagetti on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ L’Azienda Agraria Ferriera ha sede nelle colline di Santa Maria dell’Arzilla: un piccolo centro di campagna, tra Pesaro e Fano a due passi da Candelara: un antichissimo paese di epoca romana. L’Azienda Agraria Ferriera nasce agli inizi degli anni ’80 dalla passione di Rosanna e Remo per la terra, il sole e i loro frutti. Il terreno e la sua esposizione è ideale per la viticoltura, così, da subito, l’attività si orienta verso la coltivazione di uve Bianchello, Sangiovese, Verdicchio e Chardonnay. Appena la produzione risulta ben avviata e di sicura soddisfazione, si cercano nuovi orizzonti e si decide per la coltivazione di ulivi. Inizialmente solo pochi esemplari, per sfruttare una parte di terreno rimasto vergine e, successivamente, grazie ai risultati incoraggianti, se ne piantano ancora, fino a coprire il terreno rimasto. Ed ecco che oggi qualche litro d’olio, dal profumo intenso, accompagna le pietanze dei clienti. All’inizio del nuovo millennio nascono nuove idee da sviluppare per sfruttare al meglio l’eccellente produzione di uve. Il parere di un esperto enologo, Roberto Potentini, conferma l’intuizione e dà il via ai primi imbottigliamenti. Nel 2004 il Bianco di Remo, il Rosso di Remo, il Rosi Rubeo e il Rosi Albus sono i primi a dare forma ad un nuovo successo. The Ferriera Agricultural Company is located in the hills of Santa Maria dell’Arzilla: a small countryside center, between Pesaro and Fano, a stone's throw from Candelara: an ancient Roman town. The Azienda Agraria Ferriera was born in the early 1980s from Rosanna and Remo's passion for the earth, the sun and their fruits. The soil and its exposure is ideal for viticulture, so, immediately, the activity is oriented towards the cultivation of Bianchello, Sangiovese, Verdicchio and Chardonnay grapes. As soon as production is well underway and of sure satisfaction, new horizons are sought and a decision is made for the cultivation of olive trees. Initially only a few specimens, to exploit a part of land that remained virgin and, subsequently, thanks to the encouraging results, they are still planted, up to cover the remaining land. And today, a few liters of oil, with an intense aroma, accompanies customers' dishes. At the beginning of the new millennium, new ideas were born to be developed to make the most of the excellent grape production. The opinion of an expert winemaker, Roberto Potentini, confirms the intuition and kicks off the first bottlings. In 2004 the Bianco di Remo, the Rosso di Remo, the Rosi Rubeo and the Rosi Albus are the first to give shape to a new success.
