In seguito Oddo, il figlio, ha conservato l’amore per la terra continuando a curare la vigna di famiglia e installando una piccola osteria. In fact, it was the great-grandfather Timoteo Di Sante who, at the end of the nineteenth century, started production for family consumption, using a small plot of land for the cultivation of vines, near the village of Magliano.
