★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono ormai un paio di anni che provo i vini di Carlini e ogni volta mi piacciono un po’ di più. Il brut è il migliore della zona. Ottimi i sangiovese, bisognerebbe riuscire a tenerli da parte e provarli un po’ di invecchiamento, io l’ho fatto e hanno una bellissimo evoluzione.
I've been trying Carlini's wines for a couple of years now and I like them a little more each time. The brut is the best in the area. The Sangiovese are excellent, you should be able to keep them aside and try them for a bit of aging, I did it and they have a beautiful evolution.
