V	Victor dA on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The ice cream is ok. The coffee is ok. The service is awful. We asked for two espressos after choosing our ice cream. While paying we asked if they would bring them to us outside. They said yes. When we sat down outside we were rudely asked to go away by a different waiter. We had to move to different seats, meanwhile our ice cream is melting. In the end we also had to pay extra for the service of bringing 2 coffees outside.... Uncoordinated service. Just tell us you cannot bring us the coffee and that we have to sit somewhere else while we were paying.. instead all of this BS. Thanks for nothing.
J	Joshua Penalba on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The only crappier thing than the service is the food. Though the service did take an excessive amount of time, the issue was that the staff was unapologetic. You would try and get their attention and they would nod and proceed to serve all other tables but yours. After waiting for eternity for the food, the quality was no better than food from a gas station.
L	Larry on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It took them 20 min to take our order, after we were lead to a free table inside the café. After a servant kindly took our order we continued to wait for another 20 mins. We ordered simple products which were already done plenty and shown at the counter. So why did we have to wait that long? After we finished eating another servant came to us and told us to pay, which for the first time was a bit confusing, cause in all other Restaurants/Cafés we used to pay at the counter, after we finished eating. He insisted on the payment and put the card reader on my "empty" plate and as he took it back he (accidently) pulled leftovers onto me and he didnt excused himself. Long story short: we took 50-60 min to dine 2 sandwiches, 2 cornettos and 2 drinks.

We weren't advised that for sitting in the table you need to pay an additional charge. Instead when we took the table, we were asked to leave the cafeteria. Waitress didn't ask if we want to pay an extra fee, but simply told us to leave the table.
R	Richard Helen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Typical tourist scam, do not recommend at all! We asked for takeaway icecream in the cup. Been told it is not possible and we have to sit down (with clear information the price is same). And what happened - of course price for small portion increased from 2.50 to 4 euro! And waitress has disappeared while the other explains it was her first day. Do not waist your time here, there are many other and much nicer places with different service And better icecream!! Also responding to owners reply - I have asked for take away ice cream, there was clear statement from servant that there is no difference. Also your graphical description says dedicated price to cup/cone (which by the way has the same price - you can post the picture here if I am wrong). Anyhow we, in other parts of Europe, says - customer is always right. That means treat customers nice and they will come back and share nice review. Hope few additional euros I have paid are worth to you. As it seems you assume tourists will not mostly come back again, why to be fair to them....Also other reviews here are just a prove of your service....sorry for that. Try to do your work better and you will have much better reviews (3,7 is not good....)

The young waitress acting like it is her first day here did not even bring me the change. 10 euro! I had go there by myself. Sweeping the floor was probably more important than customer service...
B	Basia Czarnocka on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We took a sit at a table outside but since no one came to serve us we went inside to order ice cream. After we sat down with the ice cream a waitress told us we have to leave because we can only sit there if we order with the waiter and get our ice cream in a glass (note:ice cream in glass was just a cone put in the glass ). Never have I ever encountered such bad service.
S	Silvia Ruzittu on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food is good but super slow service! it took more than half an hour to order after sitting at the table, with only a couple of waiters around. I would recommend increasing either the number or the speed of the waiters, especially on a Sunday morning when you expect a certain amount of customers.
