Poca professionalità, mancanza di conoscenza contrattuali dei servizi da loro offerti, direi giudizio più che negativo. Bad service, poor, rude, unkind, they make subscriptions to you (we were cheated by windtre with a subscription made by them) and if you have problems they wash their hands, rather they make fun of you. E alla fine vado a spendere di meno che con il mio vecchio gestore. Inoltre, dovendo cambiare casa, si è occupata di disdire la mia vecchia linea fissa attivando un modem wifi che mi permette di risparmiare! E mandano loro la raccomandata di disdetta! Avevo dato i miei dati della carta di credito x attivare un'offerta che mi aveva mandato la tim con sms, loro mi hanno detto, dopo un giorno, che il server non funzionava e che la rateizzazione non era andata a buon fine, poi, dopo circa una settimana mi è arrivato il messaggio della tim che era partita la rateizzazione, la prima di 30 rate da 10 euro! Ho subito contattato il negozio che mi ha detto che non poteva darmi il telefono xchè l'aveva venduto ad altra persona, quindi voi cosa pensereste?? Ho fatto denuncia dai carabinieri e ho dovuto bloccare la carta, ma nel frattempo non si è risolto nulla, praticamente una truffa bella e buona, loro incolpano tim, ma tim dice che i furbetti sono loro xchè il telefono qualcuno se l'è preso e lo sto pagando io(x ora), quindi FATE MOOOLTA ATTENZIONE AD ACQUISTARE IN QUESTO POSTO È A LASCIARE I VOSTRI DATI, potreste trovarvi da pagare cose che non avete acquistato, nel frattempo io sto andando avanti con altre denuncie x bloccare la cosa, praticamente un'odissea!! Alla fine non si sono nemmeno scusati, anzi hanno sottolineato che mi avrebbero fatto un favore attivando una nuova offerta a prezzo ridotto e regalandomi una nuova SIM (ma dovendo comunque spendere altri soldi per l'attivazione) By mistake I was activated an offer other than the one I wanted, following a report I was told to rest assured that they would have solved; after 1 month nothing was resolved and to remedy I was offered alternative offers that I did not consider interesting. Bisognerebbe dire ai clienti che se recedono prima di 24 mesi da un gestore telefonico avranno una mora da pagare...insomma 30 euro x nn avere nemmeno copertura della Tim e x dover tornare al vecchio gestore oppure ad un altro dover sborsare altre 20 euro nn lo trovo corretto.... Poi mi vengono a dire".. Ehh ma noi controlliamo la copertura e se poi nn è così nn e colpa nostra.. E allora nn controllate almeno nn vi sentirete dire nessun rimprovero Bisogna essere chiari e trasparenti.... O almeno bisognerebbe esserlo I was fine with it. E inoltre sarebbe meglio stare calmi e non alzare la voce quando una persona ti sta parlando normalmente e gentilmente di una propria impressione. Buona serata.
