Se ho qualche difficoltà o chiedo informazioni, sono sempre gentili e molto disponibili. E da quando ho una tariffa molto vantaggiosa, nn penso proprio di cambiare!!! Solo un Piccolo appunto: il widget ogni tanto si blocca, ma x il resto è il Top! I have never had any problems with Windtre, since I switched to this operator I have always been fine. If I have any difficulties or ask for information, they are always kind and very helpful. And since I have a very advantageous rate, I don't really think about changing !!! Just a small note: the widget crashes every now and then, but x the rest is the Top!

Giacché per certe cose non sono avvezzo mi sono trovato a dovermi fare spiegare alcune perplessità agendo per conto altrui e debbo dire che la signorina ha mostrato grande pazienza. Sempre gentile anche quando ho indugiato più volte sullo stessa questione, non ha mai tradito noia o stizza. Sono stato fortunato? Non credo. Piuttosto ritengo buona la sua professionalità. I state that I am not a Wind customer and therefore my judgment is based not on the service offered by the manager but, more specifically, on the relationship I had with the employees of the point in question which I have always found excellent. Since I am not used to certain things, I found myself having to have some perplexities explained by acting on behalf of others and I must say that the young lady has shown great patience. Always polite even when I have dwelled on the same issue several times, he has never betrayed boredom or annoyance. I've been lucky? I do not believe. Rather, I consider his professionalism to be good.
