Essendo vicino casa (zona est di Milano), ho portato il mio tv per la riparazione, avendo riscontrato un problema di visualizzazione delle immagini. Le condizioni espresse dal titolare, sono state subito chiare: 20€ subito per la sola verifica del problema e a seguire un preventivo sul quale effettuare una valutazione economica della riparazione, senza apparentemente garanzie. Accetto la condizione iniziale di corrispondere 20€, considerandolo un giusto valore per il tempo impiegato anche se non tutti lo richiedono. Ho chiesto di pagare la somma con carta Bancomat/credito e mi è stato rifiutato inizialmente. Ho quindi proposto che la somma venisse da me corrisposta al ritiro del televisore e dopo un iniziale "borbottamento" il titolare ha accettato dandomi l'indicazione che sui quei 20€ se pagati con carta, avrebbe applicato l'iva facendomi pagare la differenza. Naturalmente ho portato via il televisori, con l'augurio che tali comportamenti vengano puniti e che il punto vendita "non serio" e non onesto, possa chiudere. A very bad experience. Naturally I took away the televisions, with the hope that such behaviors will be punished and that the "not serious" and not honest store can close.

Gli avrei portato la tv che continuava a spegnersi e riaccendersi da sola, ma al telefono mi ha consigliato di fare prima un tentativo di reset, che in effetti è andato a buon fine. Il tecnico che avevo chiamato prima di lui, senza neanche ascoltare il problema, mi aveva prospettato 8 giorni di riparazione e 130 euro. Sarà il mio unico riferimento per il futuro, bravo! Honest!
