r	romualdo albertini on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono recato per far riparare il mio iphone 7 con problemi di touch, mi ha sostituito lo schermo garantendomi che fosse originale e che anche se non era rotto, spacciandomelo come un problema creato da me dopo 3 giorni torno perché non mi funziona ancora, mi risponde che io l'ho rotto io e che era da cambiare ancora una volta lo schermo. Non mi sono fidato sono andato a Rimini presso Apple Store dicendomi innanzitutto che lo schermo non era originale e che il problema non era legato allo schermo ma ad un problema di aggiornamento causato da loro e che non potevano sostituirmelo in garanzia poiché oramai era stato manomesso. Pessimo, certi negozi non dovrebbero nemmeno essere aperti sopratutto se non si hanno lo competenze specifiche. Ebbene servivano ben 2 mesi per capire che il mio telefono non si poteva aggiustare? I am very disappointed with this service center! You bring your phone because you have a problem, they ask you for the number saying they will call you back and then months go by without calling you back .... in the end you call to find out the situation and they answer that you do not could solve anything. Ero in vacanza e avevo bisogno di una riparazione urgente e il ragazzo che sta al negozio è stato molto gentile e disponibile, non solo mi ha ridato il telefono la sera stessa ma mi ha pure regalato la pellicola per proteggere lo schermo. Più che soddisfatta e consigliato per professionalità dimostrata e cortesia. I took my phone to fix because the display was broken.
