PURCHASED A KITCHEN FROM OCTOBER 2017 TO TODAY STILL NOT COMPLETE PAID FOR EVERYTHING BEFORE UNLOADING LITTLE PROFESSIONALISM AND BAD SERVICE FROM THE DEALER AND LITTLE ASSISTANCE FROM THE VENETA CUCINE MANUFACTURER.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Scortesia massima, cucina comprata pochi anni fa (per la precisione 6) si sta distruggendo pezzo dopo pezzo... Iniziando dalla pellicola che ricopre i pensili, si sta staccando lasciando intravedere il legno sottostante! Il pensile ad apertura, funziona in base a due cardini che oggi si sono SPACCATI entrambi con il rischio di ferire me e mia figlia!
A tutto ciò si somma la MASSIMA SCORTESIA della padrona, che con grande antipatia pretende che tutto questo sia colpa della mala gestione della cucina! TORNASSI INDIETRO MAIIIII !!!! Con quello che ho pagato questa cucina, pessimo risultato pessima assistenza.
Maximum discourtesy, kitchen bought a few years ago (to be precise 6) is being destroyed piece by piece ... Starting from the film that covers the wall units, it is detaching leaving a glimpse of the wood below! The opening wall unit works on the basis of two hinges which today are SPLIT both with the risk of injuring me and my daughter!
To all this is added the MAXIMUM RUDE of the mistress, who with great dislike claims that all this is the fault of the bad management of the kitchen! GO BACK MAIIIII !!!! With what I paid for this kitchen, bad result, bad assistance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho avuto la sfortuna di comprare una cucina in questo negozio. Alle solerti richiesti di pagamenti in anticipo non e' corrisposto alcuna attenzione e qualità' del servizio reso. Continui ritardi, assenza quasi totale di comunicazioni, approssimazione nelle planimetrie tecniche, scadente servizio dei montatori, danni al piano cucina, montaggio di porte approssimativo, totale incapacità' a mantenere appuntamenti presi. E' sorprendente come una marca come Veneta Cucine faccia affidamento su distributori di pessima qualità'.
I had the misfortune to buy a kitchen in this shop. The diligent requests for advance payments are not paid any attention and quality of the service rendered. Continuous delays, almost total absence of communications, approximation in the technical plans, poor service of the assemblers, damage to the kitchen counter, approximate assembly of doors, total inability to keep appointments made. It is surprising how a brand like Veneta Cucine relies on poor quality distributors'.
