Lo consiglio a tutti. Televisore ordinato e confermato, con acconto di 100 euro, con regolare rilascio di ricevuta d'ordine. Il commesso mi dice di tornare una settimana dopo , il tempo necessario di spedizione. Torno in negozio dopo una settimana e la stessa persona, con la quale ho parlato una settimana prima, ha il coraggio di dirmi che il prodotto non è più disponibile , domandandomi se voglio la caparra indietro! Assolutamente per niente raccomandabili! Not very serious staff .... not to say: not at all reliable! Television ordered and confirmed, with a deposit of 100 euros, with regular issue of the order receipt. The clerk tells me to come back a week later, the required shipping time. Mi hanno consigliata molto bene sia il sig. Ciro che il personale presente, mostrandomi anche altri diversi modelli. Tutti molto gentili e professionali. Consegna a domicilio, senza nessun acconto e con il ritiro del vecchio modello. Caratteristiche: Samsung TV, accensione e caricamento software molto veloce; semplicità nella regolazione dei parametri. Immagine video molto luminosa, suono nitido. Equilibrio nei colori e nei contrasti. In definitiva, molto bene anche rispetto a altri marchi di televisori. Grazie e buon lavoro. Gli chiedo la cortesia di mettere da parte quello nero e che l'avrei ritirato il giorno successivo. Il giorno dopo mi accoglie Ciro, mi offre un caffè e mi spiega minuziosamente come funzionasse il mio nuovo smartphone. Consigliatissimo! (peccato ce ne siano solo 5 di stelle).
