Probabilmente era stata resettata la memoria di un samsung e messa in uno xiaomi.. Do due stelle solo perché sono stati cortesi e gentili nel post vendita I bought a xiaomi cell phone from them through amazon that had both the wrong cover and at the start the writing samsung came out ... Probably the memory of a samsung had been reset and put in a xiaomi .. I give two stars just because they are been courteous and kind in the after sales

Oltretutto non mi hanno permesso di effettuare un reso o servizio assistenza adeguato, nonostante il prodotto fosse in garanzia. Bought produced through amazon, a smarthone. It stopped working suddenly, getting very hot. The phone wasn't new. Moreover, they did not allow me to make an adequate return or assistance service, despite the product being under warranty.

Dopo un paio di mesi al telefono smette di funzionare il pulsante di accensione, gli scrivo per la garanzia e mi dicono che mi devo arrangiare con il produttore ma legalmente sono loro che devono prendersi carico del difetto peraltro linkandomi un sito che non è nemmeno quello ufficiale del produttore. Questa è gente che deve cambiare mestiere, da fuori di testa, mai successa una cosa simile. BAD experience! Bought a phone on Amazon, unfortunately I hadn't read the reviews on this seller. After a couple of months on the phone the power button stops working, I write to them for the warranty and they tell me that I have to make do with the manufacturer but legally they are the ones who have to take charge of the defect, however, by linking me to a site that is not even the official one of the manufacturer. These are people who have to change jobs, out of their minds, such a thing has never happened before.
i	isabella vergnano on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ L'Ups si è guastato a 4 giorni dalla scadenza della garanzia e la Ditta mi ha risposto ben 9 giorni più tardi dichiarando che la garanzia era scaduta! peccato che non conoscono la legge che prevede 24 mesi più due aggiuntivi per la denuncia del problema totale 26 mesi come da Codice del consumo. Così non mi ha sostituito il prodotto nè reso i soldi. Pessimo servizio The UPS broke down 4 days after the warranty expired and the company replied to me 9 days later stating that the warranty had expired! pity they do not know the law which provides for 24 months plus two additional months for reporting the problem total 26 months as per the Consumer Code. So he didn't replace the product or return my money. Bad service

Versione venditore il corriere ha perso il pacco, versione ufficiale più credibile mai spedito . conclusione poco trasparenti e seri Bad experience, cell phone shipped on 6/10/2021 never received. at the request of the freight forwarder traking the answer was order cancellation and we hope a quick return of the amount already paid for the purchase.
