★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale poco cortese e spaesato. Prezzi spropositati. Di certo non andate a fare le fotocopie: per 5 pagine (solo front) ho pagato 3.50 euro, mentre in un'altra cartoleria ho pagato 70 centesimi sempre per 5 pagine.
Inoltre, sono andata a farmi stampare delle pagine per poi scannerizzarle e sono tornata a casa senza il file nella chiavetta. Certo avrei dovuto chiedere per assicurarmi che ci fosse il file, ma mi fidavo perché mi sembrava il minimo insomma, visto anche i prezzi assurdi.
Una presa in giro, sconsiglio.

Era veramente una presa in giro allora. La prego di avere un minimo di coerenza e rispetto, io non ho nessun interesse nei confronti di nessuna cartoleria. Ho stampato tre volte da voi e ogni volta la stessa cosa. La Sua risposta in più non mi sembra affatto affabile nei confronti del cliente, né rispettosa, non ho intenzione di tornare nella sua cartoleria, ci ero già tornata due volte di troppo.
La ringrazio per l'attenzione e le auguro di rivalutare il vostro comportamento con i clienti.

Unfriendly and bewildered staff. Outrageous prices. Certainly don't go and make photocopies: for 5 pages (front only) I paid 3.50 euros, while in another stationery shop I paid 70 cents for 5 pages.
Also, I went to get some pages printed and then scanned and I went home without the file on the stick. Of course I should have asked to make sure that the file was there, but I trusted it because it seemed the minimum to me, given the absurd prices.
A mockery, I do not recommend.

It was really a joke then. Please have a minimum of consistency and respect, I have no interest in any stationery. I have printed three times from you and the same thing each time. Your additional response does not seem to me at all affable towards the customer, nor respectful, I have no intention of going back to your stationery, I had already gone back twice too many times.
