★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La qualità del servizio è peggiorata nel tempo, con restrizione agli orari di cassa (solo la mattina) e con notevoli disguidi seguiti all'incorporazione di Banca Popolare di Vicenza, disguidi ai quali il nuovo personale non ha saputo dare rimedi soddisfacenti. Inoltre capita spesso di avere oltre una decina di clienti in coda e solo una cassa aperta, con tempi di attesa infiniti.
The quality of the service has worsened over time, with a restriction on cash desk hours (only in the morning) and with considerable inconveniences following the incorporation of Banca Popolare di Vicenza, problems to which the new staff has not been able to give satisfactory remedies. Furthermore, it often happens to have over a dozen customers in line and only one open cash desk, with infinite waiting times.
