Ci hanno tenuti nell'atrio tra i clienti che arrivavano al bancone, senza neppure farci sedere in una stanza di attesa che peraltro si vedeva dal bancone. Sembrava si desse fastidio oppure essendo diventati ex clienti non eravamo più degni di un trattamento almeno educato. Non ci torno neanche se mi danno l'interesse più alto della regione. Ho chiesto quanto avessi maturato rispetto ai versamenti e il titolare non me l'ha saputo quantificare!!! Mi ha detto: "ha reso bene". Ho detto tutto.
I had to withdraw a sum for the conclusion of the contract period of a life pension. They kept us in the lobby among the customers who arrived at the counter, without even making us sit in a waiting room that was also seen from the counter. It seemed to be annoying or having become former customers we were no longer worthy of at least polite treatment. I won't go back even if they give me the highest interest in the region.
