Dopo aver portato la prima volta il mio tv per un problemino, ho pagato 40 euro ed il guasto è stato risolto. dopo due mesi stesso problema, chiamo e ribadisco che avrei riportato il tv per farlo riparare "gratis" perchè si è ripresentato lo stesso problema. Ma guarda caso quando vado a ritirarlo mi dicono che il problema era un altro, che strano, e mi chiedono 15 euro ed in più mi comunicano che sono saltati degli agganci..e mi consegnano lo schermo nelle condizioni che allego in foto. Non ci tornerò mai più, mi spiace ma la correttezza è un altra cosa.
Professionalism and honesty don't know where they are at home. After bringing my TV for the first time for a problem, I paid 40 euros and the breakdown was resolved. after two months the same problem, I call and reiterate that I would bring the TV back to have it repaired "for free" because the same problem occurred again. But coincidentally when I go to pick it up they tell me that the problem was another, how strange, and they ask me for 15 euros and more they tell me that the hooks have jumped .. and they give me the screen in the conditions that I attach in the photo. I will never go back, sorry but fairness is another thing.
