Ho portato in questo negozio il mio folletto che non dava più segni di vita, prima di fare qualsiasi intervento chiedo la cortesia di essere contattata e informata sui costi, mi viene detto che il preventivo costa 10 €, accetto e lascio il mio folletto. Fin qui tutto bene.
Quando vengo contattata mi viene detto che il guasto è causato dal motore che dev'essere sostituito al costo di 125 €.
Non convinta, ritiro il folletto e lo porto alla REA, dove in un minuto mi sostituiscono il cavo elettrico... con una spesa quasi equivalente al preventivo... lascio a voi le conclusioni.
Rispondo al proprietario: il preventivo l'ha chiesto mio marito e questo probabilmente è il motivo per cui non trovate il "mio" nominativo nel vostro database. Ad ogni modo non cambia ciò che è accaduto.

Very negative experience. Not at all professional.
I brought my elf to this shop who was no longer showing signs of life, before doing any intervention I ask the courtesy to be contacted and informed about the costs, I am told that the quote costs € 10, I accept and leave my elf. So far, so good.
When I am contacted I am told that the fault is caused by the engine which must be replaced at a cost of 125 €.
Unconvinced, I withdraw the goblin and take it to the REA, where in a minute they replace the electric cable ... with an expense almost equivalent to the estimate ... I leave the conclusions to you.
I reply to the owner: my husband asked for the quote and this is probably the reason why you can't find "my" name in your database. However, it does not change what happened.
