Mentre aspettavo il carro attrezzi ho telefonato a tutti i concessionari e officine Ducati nel raggio di 300km. Tecno sport mi ha dato le informazioni più accurate sui tempi di consegna del ricambio e della sostituzione. Sono stati professionali, impeccabili, puntuali e velocissimi. While I was waiting for the tow truck, I phoned all Ducati dealers and workshops within a radius of 300km. Tecno sport gave me the most accurate information on the delivery times of the spare parts and replacement. They were professional, flawless, punctual and very fast. They saved my vacation. THANK YOU

Fino al momento dell'acquisto tutto bene, mi hanno trattato e seguito molto bene. Dopo aver dato conferma che acquistavo allora non è più andata come sperato. A parte la attesa della moto che è stata colpa della motorizzazione per il depotenziamento (questo lo hanno detto loro), avevo chiamato per un tagliando e un paio di eventuali lavori sulla moto... Il proprietario mi ha detto che di li a una settimana mi diceva e mi dava priorità assoluta per il tagliando.. Eravamo a giugno 2020... Dopo 2 settimane di attesa chiamo, mi sparano un prezzo ASSURDO per olio forcelle, molle, gomme e tagliando... Ho detto va bhe, faccio solo il tagliando, quando potete farmelo? RISPOSTA: tra la prima e la seconda di settembre.... Ho chiesto se stesse scherzando e poi ho risposto no no, cambio meccanici! Cioè... Mi son sentito preso in giro e scusate per la mia recensione negativa ma così non si fa... Per educazione e correttezza non ho messo i prezzi che mi avevano detto per due metzeler m9rr, 4 litri di olio, filtro olio e filtro aria ma eravamo agli estremi degli estremi... Ho pure chiesto ma sta scherzando per telefono ma era convintissimo.. Non tornerò, faccio 300 km in più (andata e ritorno), vengo trattato come un signore e mi fanno un lavoro certosino spiegandomi tutto passo passo e ad un prezzo decente... Senza attese bibliche pur non avendo acquistato da loro la moto. Per me poca serietà, mi dispiace.. I wrote a review some time ago but now it's gone ... I'll rewrite it. After 2 weeks of waiting I call, they shoot me an ABSURD price for oil forks, springs, tires and service ... I said okay, I only do the service, when can you do it? ANSWER: between the first and second of September .... I asked if he was joking and then I answered no no, I change mechanics! That is ... I felt made fun of and sorry for my negative review but this is not done ... Out of politeness and fairness I did not put the prices they had told me for two metzeler m9rr, 4 liters of oil, oil filter and air filter but we were at the extremes of the extremes ... I also asked but he is joking on the phone but he was very convinced .. I will not return, I do 300 km more (round trip), I am treated like a gentleman and they do me a meticulous job explaining everything step by step and at a decent price ... Without biblical expectations even though I have not bought the bike from them. For me not serious, I'm sorry ..

Ok vieni, almeno un occhiata gliela diamo anche perché siamo in pochi se non gli unici ad essere aperti anche di sabato. Gentili, veloce e professionali! Peccato non abitare vicino a questa concessionaria altrimenti porterei sempre le mie moto e miei amici amici biker qui! Metterei 6 stelle se si potesse. Davvero davvero gentili, seri ed onesti! A fantastic service! I call on the phone for a serious urgency to the bike, not even for their brands. Ok come on, let's take a look at it also because there are few if not the only ones to be open even on Saturdays. Kind, fast and professional! Too bad I don't live near this dealership otherwise I would always bring my motorcycles and my friends biker friends here! I would give 6 stars if it could. Really really kind, serious and honest!

Nel 2016 acquistai l'altrettanto amata Multistrada 1200S Touring con molti acessori. Ho sempre dato in permuta le mie moto alla concessionaria, e contuerò a farlo. Mi sono trovato benissimo anche con l'officina che trovo sia un fattore molto importante, fondamentale. I titolari Pia, Bepi e Giuliano sono gran belle persone, gentili, cortesi e sempre disponibili. Bepi poi è animato da una grande passione e lo si percepisce subito, grande esperienza e professionalità e simpatia. Il 04.11.2020 ho ordinato la Multistrada V4S Sport Full con diversi accessori utili. Una moto assolutamente fantastica che aspetto contando i giorni, arriverà a febbraio 2021. Consiglio caldamente questa concessionaria. Excellent!!! I have been a customer since 2015. The first Ducati I bought was the beloved Scrambler Icon. In 2016 I bought the equally beloved Multistrada 1200S Touring with many accessories. I have always traded in my bikes to the dealership, and will continue to do so. I also got on very well with the workshop which I find is a very important, fundamental factor. The owners Pia, Bepi and Giuliano are very nice people, kind, courteous and always available. Bepi then is animated by a great passion and it is immediately perceived, great experience and professionalism and sympathy. On 04.11.2020 I ordered the Multistrada V4S Sport Full with several useful accessories. An absolutely fantastic bike that I look forward to counting the days, will arrive in February 2021. I highly recommend this dealership.
