Poi, dopo aver fatto fare un tagliando alla mia Ktm 1090 Adv R, ed aver parlato con loro, ho capito che si tratta di persone competenti, appassionate e serie (Non facilissime da trovare, ve lo assicuro). Quindi, consiglio un giro in questa concessionaria. Bravi. Continuate così. Ci rivedremo presto. I met them a bit "by chance", looking for a Ktm dealership close to home. Then, after having my Ktm 1090 Adv R serviced and talked to them, I realized that they are competent, passionate and serious people (Not very easy to find, I assure you). i	il guru dell enduro on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Concessionario KTM gestito a conduzione famigliare in maniera ridicola....non andrò mai più in quel negozio in quanto ho ordinato un accessorio per la mia moto e dopo svariate telefonate e un mese di attesa (ricordo che ho lasciato una caparra )la risposta é stata che io ho causato dei problemi sconsigliatissimo soprattutto per il modo di rivolgersi ai clienti e la commessa che consiglio vivamente di cambiare lavoro KTM dealer managed with a ridiculous manner ... I will never go to that store as I ordered an accessory for my bike and after several phone calls and a month of waiting (remember that I left a deposit) the answer is Were that I caused problems not recommended especially for the way to contact customers and the order that I highly recommend that you change work

Ringrazio tanto il signor Alberto per l'impeccabile modo in cui trasmette questa sua grande passione per le moto facendomi rivivere un sogno ogni volta. Super consigliato anche per l'officina e il magazzino ricambi. Five years after the purchase of my KTM 125 My new KTM 300 was picked up tonight as usual, super professional and super punctual. I thank Mr. Alberto so much for the impeccable way in which he transmits this great passion for motorcycles, making me relive a dream every time. Super recommended also for the workshop and spare parts warehouse.

Ho visitato per la prima volta la concessionaria KTM SPEED MOTOR di Voghera dove ho trovato, in una sede molto bella ed ordinata, una gran scelta di moto KTM nuove ed usate. Mi hanno dedicato quasi due ore per mostrarmi ed illustrarmi nei minimi dettagli le caratteristiche dei modelli di KTM che mi interessavano. Mi hanno spiegato con gran professionalità le differenze delle varie Adventures, sia da un punto di vista tecnico-costruttivo, sia in termini di fruibilità e sensazioni di guida. Mi hanno mostrato e spiegato le caratteristiche degli optional power-parts installabili sui vari modelli di KTM. Vi faccio i miei complimenti e spero di tornare presto a trovarvi. AVAILABILITY, COMPETENCE, GENTILE AND PASSION ARE AT MAXIMUM LEVELS. For the first time I visited the KTM SPEED MOTOR dealership in Voghera where I found a great choice of new and used KTM bikes in a very beautiful and orderly location. They spent almost two hours to show me and illustrate in detail the characteristics of KTM models that interested me. They explained to me with great professionalism the differences of the various Adventures, both from a technical-constructive point of view, both in terms of usability and driving sensations. They showed me and explained the features of the optional power-parts that can be installed on the various KTM models. I congratulate you and I hope to come back soon to see you.
M	Marco Lava on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acquistato KTM 450 Exc nel 2020. Personale ECCEZIONALE nella vendita MA assolutamente inaffidabili per l'assistenza. Moto impeccabile con all'attivo meno di 1.000 km fatti su asfalto per un rodaggio "ad hoc" (guardare i pneumatici che ho fatto montare apposta..) nella primavera di quest'anno (1 settimana dopo aver fatto il tagliando dei 1.000 km..) sono pronto per partire per un tour con quella moto in Corsica quando mi accorgo che lo stelo della forcella anteriore piscia olio (lago di olio a terra nel box). Telefono x appuntamento vado a Voghera da Alessandria.. intervento in officina.. torno a casa.. il giorno dopo stesso lago di olio sotto lo stelo! Ritelefono per spiegazioni ma mi dicono che per il poco tempo avuto (ho aspettato 2 ore e mezza.. la riconsegna della moto) non sono riusciti a fare un intervento in profondità ma si sono limitati a lubrificare il relativo corteco con del grasso di vaselina!!!?? 2 ore e mezzo per umettante un o-ring!! Saputo che il concessionario KTM di Novara sa fare anche il meccanico.. ho provveduto a fargli fare l'intervento in garanzia.. e HO RISOLTO!! Pronto x partire per la Corsica. Ho 58 anni e non mi va di polemizzare con la Casa madre.. ma di certo i sigg. della Speed Motor di Voghera sono molto più bravi a fare i conti che non i fatti!! ANDATE ALTROVE È UN CONSIGLIO CHE VI DO AGGRATIS!! È scontato da dire ma alla Speed Motor hanno perso un cliente Purchased KTM 450 Exc in 2020. EXCEPTIONAL sales staff BUT absolutely unreliable for service. Flawless bike with less than 1,000 km underway on asphalt for an "ad hoc" running-in (look at the tires I had on purpose ..) in the spring of this year (1 week after having done the 1,000 km service. .) I'm ready to go on a tour with that bike in Corsica when I realize that the front fork stem is pissing oil (lake of oil on the ground in the garage). Telephone for appointment I go to Voghera from Alessandria .. intervention in the workshop .. I go home .. the day after the same lake of oil under the stem! I call back for explanations but they tell me that for the short time they had (I waited 2 and a half hours .. for the return of the bike) they were unable to do a thorough intervention but they limited themselves to lubricating the relative corteco with vaseline grease! !! ?? 2 and a half hours to humect an o-ring !! Knowing that the KTM dealer in Novara can also be a mechanic .. I proceeded to make him do the intervention under warranty .. and I SOLVED !! Ready to leave for Corsica. I am 58 years old and I don't want to argue with the parent company .. but certainly the sigg. of the Speed Motor of Voghera are much better at reckoning than facts !! GO ELSEWHERE IS A ADVICE THAT I GIVE YOU AGGRATIS !! It goes without saying but Speed Motor has lost a customer
