A prescindere l'attenzione al cliente, la cordialità, la disponibilità ad agevolare il cliente lavoratore che non riesce a prendere giorni di ferie, la disponibilità a rispondere nel proprio tempo libero al di fuori degli orari lavorativi.. ho trovato solo punti positivi. Ci tengo a precisare che sono titolare di più di un'attività quindi qualche esperienza di gestione e relazione col cliente la ho e sono più che felice di trovarmi a fare i complimenti ad un altro piccolo imprenditore che si mette in gioco e lo fa alla perfezione. BRAVO! Non mi dilungo, ma chiudo dicendo che ho effettuato un acquisto su un usato di un certo valore (+10k) e sono stato assistito a 360 gradi, con un servizio da fare invidia ai grossi rivenditori. Mi sono recato li, l’ho vista e mi sono raccomandato che venissero fatti tutti i lavori, revisione e tagliando compresi, vista l’insistenza della garanzia che voleva pagassi. Appena consegnata subito problemi con il clacson che non andava. Lo contatto e, il tipo che faceva tanto l’onesto e il serio, mi risponde che non c’è garanzia su quello ok ma non provvedi neanche a sistemarlo? Poi subito dopo il problema della frizione, filo usurato da cambiare. La porto nella casa madre che mi rivela sono anni che non è stato fatto un tagliando e che quel “tagliando” fatto da lui in realtà è un semplice check up della condizione attuale della moto senza aver fatto nulla e nulla di specificato. Nonostante glielo faccio notare se ne frega tanto ormai i soldi li ha presi. Una vera fregatura! Non lo consiglio! Ha rispettato i tempi per la consegna e praticamente tutto perfetto. Consigliato a chiunque abbia voglia di non avere sorprese. Mr. ALESSIO He is a really serious and very competent person.
