★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today I had to call them for an failure to my HVAC (my usual plumber have a long backlog and I'm freezing). The technician was extremely arrogant, up to the point that I said that, if he kept that attitude, I was ready to ask another plumber. To my biggest surprise his answer was "go ahead". Shortly put: avoid them.
