Il teatro in sè è molto bello e suggestivo, unica piccola delusione il fatto che dalle foto sembra essere molto più grande.
Sicuramente da visitare.

The theater itself is very beautiful and evocative, the only small disappointment is the fact that from the photos it appears to be much larger.
Definitely worth visiting.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Luogo molto suggestivo, visitabile dai turisti e meta a mio dire d’obbligo a Mazara del Vallo.
Costruito nel 1848 dai maestri d’ascia con le assi di legno delle barche dei pescatori. Gli elementi pittorici al suo interno appartengono alla pittura ornamentale dei carretti siciliani.
Originariamente il suo nome era “Il Teatro del Popolo”.
A very suggestive place, open to tourists and a destination in Mazara del Vallo in my opinion.
Built in 1848 by shipwrights with wooden boards from fishermen's boats. The pictorial elements inside it belong to the ornamental painting of Sicilian carts.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Piccola perla non conosciuta. Teatro fatto dai pescatori alla fine del periodo borbonico. Costruito con materiali di scarto delle barche e decorato dai costruttori dei carretti siciliani. Da vedere.
Little pearl not known. Theater made by fishermen at the end of the Bourbon period. Built with discarded materials from boats and decorated by Sicilian cart builders. To be seen.
