★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pagato per un servizio non ottenuto. Prima chiamata ok 15 minuti e siamo da lei, dopo 15 minuti risolvo il problema alla macchina telefono per vedere se si può disdire... Non si può annullare ormai è partito, penso che in 5 minuti a questo punto sia da me, ma ce ne mette altri 15... un servizio chiamato in emergenza, da non chiamare mai.
 Paid for a service not obtained. First call ok 15 minutes and we are with her, after 15 minutes I solve the problem on the car I phone to see if you can cancel ... ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho prenotato sabato per lunedì 2 taxi per 10 pax e ho avuto conferma immediata.
Ho avuto anche una ricevuta unica su richiesta. Lunedì mattina mi hanno chiamato loro per farmi sapere che già mi stavano aspettando.
Consiglio il servizio perché sia Alessio che gli autisti sono molto cordiali e professionali.

I booked 2 taxis for 10 pax on Saturday for Monday and had immediate confirmation.
I also got a unique receipt upon request. On Monday morning they called me to let me know that they were already waiting for me.
I recommend the service because both Alessio and the drivers are very friendly and professional.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho prenotato il servizio per il giorno dopo, il signor Alberto è stato molto gentile, è arrivato 5 minuti prima dell’appuntamento, mi ha caricato le valigie in auto e devo dire che nonostante il caldo afoso l’interno era fresco e soprattutto pulito.
Lo consiglio vivamente a qualsiasi persona abbia bisogno di un taxi.
È stato un tragitto non tanto lungo ma piacevole per questo mi sono salvata il suo contatto telefonico per un futuro.

I booked the service for the next day, Mr. Alberto was very kind, he arrived 5 minutes before the appointment, loaded my bags in the car and I must say that despite the sultry heat, the interior was fresh and above all clean.

Taxi ordered for ONE person Civitavecchia to Rome downtown, 75km.
Early morning with another taxi company 1.10h ride for 115 €.
By Taxi Civitavecchia official 1.30 ride (traffic jam), according to taxonomists 330 euros with much to discuss 200 euros paid.
That's not fair!
