★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Customer service does not exist at this station. The woman at the ticket counter rolled her eyes for every single answer she gave me! This was not a very pleasant experience at all. Try to talk to the ladies near the computers they’re much nicer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the only station for people who are cruising in or out of Civitavecchia port. There were no attendants there on either the Saturday or Sunday that we used the train to get us to Rome, you have to use the machines to buy tickets but they’re simple enough to understand. Small shop and cafe inside the building. To reach platform three you have to go downstairs along a corridor and up more stairs and it’s quiet a nuisance if you have heavy luggage, the lift looks like it hasn’t worked for a long time. No shelter on platform three from bad weather. Impossible to get taxis in this area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very well connected to Rome - Termini. There is often the city bus that connects the tourists from the station to the port for cruise. It's better to reach the station at least 10 minutes before the train leaves, because often the train stops away from the entrance of the station. There are also two sub-platforms for platform one, called 1T and 2T, located near platform one, which is often confusing for many.
