★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir haben bereits das zweite Mal den CCS/ Civitavecchia Cab Service in Anspruch genommen. Kommunikation war zu jeder Zeit unkompliziert, professionell und schnell. Man kann mit Paypal bezahlen oder vor Ort "Cash to the driver". Wir wurden mit einem Schild empfangen, der Fahrer fuhr zügig und sicher. Wer nicht unbedingt den nächsten Flieger erwischen muss, spart sich am Besten den "Private Transfer" für 119€ und bucht das "Shared Shuttle" für 69€, ist wesentlich günstiger.
 We have used the CCS / Civitavecchia Cab Service for the second time. Communication was uncomplicated, professional and fast at all times. You can pay with PayPal or "Cash to the driver" on site. We were greeted with a sign, the driver drove quickly and safely. If you don't necessarily have to catch the next plane, it is best to save the "Private Transfer" for € 119 and book the "Shared Shuttle" for € 69, which is much cheaper.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Driver didn't show up and no notice whatsoever. Called them after 15 minutes and was put on hold for another 15 only to hear that eventually the driver had "car problems". Almost missed my cruise, these guys are hopeless.

We booked a shared shuttle Rome airport to civitavecchia cruise port and paid driver in cash. Reasonable cost for a great service. Could not have gone any better. Thankyou

DO NOT TRUST
Booked a city to airport trip, opted to pay driver in cash, and recieved a confirmation email saying that the voucher will be emailed. After not receiving the voucher, and with 10 mins to go before the scheduled pickup time, I called them and was told that all drivers were fully booked, and that was why they hadn't sent the voucher!!
At no stage was there any mention of being fully booked, and if I hadn't called them we would have been waiting for a taxi that was never going to arrive, and could have missed our flight.
The booking process and email communication is very misleading, and if I had chosen to pay online I would have ended up paying around €38 for this non-service.
USE A DIFFERENT TAXI SERVICE, there are many to choose from.
This company seems polite on the phone and is not fraudulant, but their process is full of faults and can't be trusted!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We booked a transfer from the cruise port to the the airport. There were 2 other couples as well. We met the driver 10 minutes before the arranged pickup time. After that we all sat in the car waiting for 25 minutes with the driver no where to be seen. When he finally showed up, we asked why we were now 25 minutes behind the arranged departure time. No reply. The driver then drove as a complete maniac on the motorway, probably to catch up for lost time. The speed was well above the legal limit and it seemed we overtook everyone on the way. I have never had such a horrible experience in my life. I do NOT recommend!
