Sei seguito in tutte le fasi di una compravendita con attenzione, scrupolo, cura soprattutto c'è disponibilità a chiarire ogni dubbio affinché il cliente sia guidato a fare ciò che desidera fare ma sotto la guida esperta di chi sa indicare come al meglio poter realizzare ciò che si è proposto. Consiglio assolutamente di affidare a questa agenzia il vostro immobile sia da vendere che da acquistare e semmai da affittare perché tutto sarà seguito con grande dovizia e tutto vi sarà proposto col massimo della chiarezza ed onestà. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho dato un appartamento da gestirmi per un affitto(inquilini dove loro avevano dato un sonoro OK) , problemi a non finire con gli inquilini ad ogni mese, compresi ritardi nel canone(siamo solo al terzo mese) e richieste assurde nei miei confronti. Almeno seguirmi e cercare di trovare una soluzione sarebbe stato il minimo, dopo che ho esposto loro i problemi. Ma si sa, passata la festa......il problema, come dite voi dei professionisti che avete trovato, è che hanno problemi anche a pagare il canone.... E qui chiudo cara Target immobiliare per non andare troppo avanti nei dettagli ??
I gave an apartment to manage for a rent (tenants where they had given a resounding OK), endless problems with tenants every month, including delays in the rent (we are only in the third month) and absurd demands against me. At least following me and trying to find a solution would have been the minimum, after I exposed the problems to them. But you know, after the party ... the problem, as you say of the professionals you have found, is that they also have problems paying the rent ....
