★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chiesto un preventivo auto solo collegata al PC e riconsegnata il giorno dopo. Mi hanno chiesto 20 euro. Assurdo. Mi dispiace ma non sono d'accordo perché sono stato dalla Chevrolet dove lei mi ha mandato e hanno fatto la stessa identica cosa senza pagare. È un preventivo una diagnosi lo è anche se vado da Leroy Merlin e chiedo un preventivo per delle finestre e magari dietro a un programma costoso investono un'ora. Il problema è che lei sapeva di non fare nessun lavoro ecco perché mi ha chiesto 20 euro. Comunque penso che ognuno è libero di pensarla come vuole, lei crede di essere nel giusto e lo rispetto io credo di essere un cliente che non verrà mai più e non per i 20 euro ma solo per la sua risposta. Bisogna anche saper accettare chi non è d'accordo con lei.
Requested a quote car only connected to the PC and returned the next day. They asked me for 20 euros. Absurd. I'm sorry but I disagree because I went to the Chevrolet where she sent me and they did the exact same thing without paying. A diagnosis is a quote even if I go to Leroy Merlin and ask for a quote for the windows and maybe they invest an hour behind an expensive program. The problem is that she knew she didn't do any work, that's why she asked me for 20 euros. However, I think that everyone is free to think how they want, she believes she is right and I respect it I believe I am a customer who will never come again and not for the 20 euros but only for her answer. We must also know how to accept those who disagree with her.

La prima volta hanno fatto un aggiornamento software al costo di 50€ ma dopo un mese si è ripresentato il problema. La seconda ed ultima volta è stato difficile mettermi in contatto con loro, non mi hanno fatto un preventivo nonostante glielo avessi richiesto e alla consegna della vettura mi sono ritrovato a pagare 250€ siccome avevano sostituto tubi e parti di cui sono stato informato solo dopo. Alla richiesta della motivazione per cui non fossi stato chiamato per avere un preventivo sui lavori si sono lamentati proponendosi di rimontare i “vecchi” ma che il tutto sarebbe stato ulteriormente a mie spese.
La vettura ha funzionato nuovamente per un mese circa fino poi a ripresentare nuovamente gli stessi problemi.
Rude staff, I brought my car because it had problems. The first time they did a software update at a cost of € 50 but after a month the problem returned. The second and last time it was difficult to get in touch with them, they did not give me a quote even though I asked for it and upon delivery of the car I found myself paying € 250 as they had replaced pipes and parts which I was only informed about later. When asked for the reason why I had not been called to get a quote on the work, they complained proposing to reassemble the "old ones" but that everything would have been further at my expense.
The car ran again for about a month until then the same problems came back again.
