Atteggiamento decisamente poco professionale oltre che poco cortese in generale. They failed to clearly communicate important information about the property, probably hoping I wouldn't notice it. Definitely unprofessional attitude as well as not very polite in general.

Dopo 1 mese e mezzo dal primo appuntamento in agenzia per la vendita di un appartamento di mia proprietà , ad oggi non so ancora se sia mai stato visionato dall’agente immobiliare con cui ho parlato per la stima dello stesso. Varie telefonate da parte mia senza risposta e nessuna informazione ricevuta. Professionalità e serietà assolutamente mancanti. Negative experience. After 1 month and a half from the first appointment in the agency for the sale of an apartment I own, to date I still do not know if it has ever been viewed by the real estate agent with whom I spoke for the estimate of the same. Various unanswered phone calls from me and no information received. Absolutely missing professionalism and seriousness.
F	Federico Pinna on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Specialisti in parole e richieste ... poi nemmeno un volantino , nemmeno una pubblicità come altre agenzie REMAX credevo di aver visto agenzie peggiori ma questa ha vibto su tutte . Visti per prendere la casa così probabilmente avevano case in curriculum immobiliare dopo 0 clienti , ma nemmeno l intelligenza di mandare un loro amico a fare finta o un loro collega . SONO PESSIMI !!!! Specialists in words and requests ... then not even a flyer, not even an advertisement like other REMAX agencies I thought I had seen worse agencies but this one has vibrated on all. Visas to take the house so they probably had homes in real estate after 0 clients, but not even the intelligence to send their friend to pretend or a colleague. THEY ARE BAD !!!!

Recatomi al secondo incontro, vengo contattato telefonicamente QUATTRO MINUTI (!!!) prima dell'orario stabilito e mi viene detto che "purtroppo" , non riescono a farmi vedere la casa perchè il proprietario non ha consegnato loro le chiavi (!!!!). In seguito alle mie (inutili) proteste, vengo successivamente contattato dall'agente referente della vendita e dopo colloquio di "convincimento e rabbonimento", concordo con lui un altro appuntamento in altra data (ore 10,30 davanti al portone). Alle 10,20 sono presente in loco. 10,30: non si vede nessuno. Attendo il fisiologico "quarto d'ora" (tollerabile) dei potenziali ritardatari. Alle 10,50, mentre la mia attesa continua sotto il portone , mi contatta il referente chiedendomi : "...com'è andata la visita dell'appartamento?...le è piaciuto"? "Nooo!!! Sono qui sotto che vi aspetto!!!..."...ma come...la mia collega non l'ha chiamata per salire a vedere l'appartamento"? NO AMICO MIO!!! Sono ancora qui sotto come un idiota ad aspettarvi!!! Evidentemente c'è stato un malinteso... "Sono in via xxxxxxx...vengo immediatamente a fargliela vedere io..." NO CARISSIMO...ho un appuntamento e voglio essere puntuale e rispettoso...non come voi!!! Grazie per il rispetto che avete avuto!!! Sbagliare è umano, ma perseverare è diabolico. Lascio a voi le conclusioni. I'm here waiting for you !!! ..." ... but how ... my colleague didn't call her to go up to see the apartment "? NO MY FRIEND !!! I'm still down here like an idiot waiting for you !!! Evidently there was a misunderstanding ... "I'm in via xxxxxxx ... I'll come immediately to show you it ..." NO DEAR ... I have an appointment and I want to be punctual and respectful ... not like you !!! Thanks for the respect you have had !!! To err is human, but to persevere is diabolical. A	Angelica Pili (Angelica Pili) on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Per due settimane, a più riprese, io ed il mio fidanzato abbiamo contattato l'agenzia, perché fortemente interessati ad un appartamento in vendita. Tralasciando i tempi biblici anche solo per sperare in una loro risposta, riusciamo finalmente ad avere un contatto con loro: peccato che dell'appartamento non ci fanno sapere nulla! Anzi, ci prendono in giro con la classica frase a nastro "sarete ricontattati al più presto" ribadita anche con SMS insulsi e nomi di agenti per l'eventuale presa in carico della richiesta. Peccato che nessuno si fa sentire ed infatti, volendo andare a fondo sulla cosa, scopro tramite un post su Facebook che la casa in questione era già stata venduta da settimane! Quindi non solo non rimuovono i vari annunci online, ma vi tengono anche in un limbo trattenendo i vostri dati personali per chissà quale assurdo motivo! Evidentemente non hanno bisogno dei vostri soldi, quindi evitateli come la peste! La professionalità non sanno nemmeno cosa sia. Too bad that no one is heard and in fact, wanting to get to the bottom of the thing, I discover through a post on Facebook that the house in question had already been sold for weeks! So not only do they not remove the various online ads, but they also keep you in limbo by withholding your personal data for whatever absurd reason! They obviously don't need your money, so avoid them like the plague! Professionalism doesn't even know what it is.
