Staff competente e umanamente fantastico! Beh provatelo senti un impulso che ti fa contrarre i muscoli, tra l’altro la Trainer ti fa fare degli esercizi semplicissimi ma il bello è che l’intensità è tre volte più forte. The first time I tried a training with the suits I didn't even know what it was. Well try it listen an impulse that makes your muscles contract, among other things, the Trainer makes you do very simple exercises but the beauty is that the intensity is three times stronger.

Non mi sono mai piaciute le palestre i pesi i bilancieri tutte quelle cose li ma questo è davvero diverso. Posso sicuramente dire che il metodo EMS è strabiliante. Giulio my lifelong friend kept telling me to try. My life has changed. I never liked them gyms weights the barbells all those things but this is really different. I can certainly say that the EMS method is amazing.
