Non conoscevo la pratica dello Yoga e ad oggi posso essere solo che contento di averla scoperta. Posso solo che consigliare di fare almeno una prova di questa bellissima "disciplina" e se avete la possbilità e siete comodi provate la Shala Yoga di Trezzano Sul Naviglio (MI).
I entered on tiptoe but I immediately found a welcoming environment, very professional but not rigid! I did not know the practice of Yoga and today I can only be happy to have discovered it. I can only recommend that you do at least one test of this beautiful "discipline" and if you have the possibility and are comfortable try the Shala Yoga in Trezzano Sul Naviglio (MI).
