Il personale è preparatissimo e sempre disponibile. Ermes probabilmente uno dei migliori preparatori/allenatori/guru d’Italia.
The best Boxing / CrossFit gym you can find in and around Milan. Forget the big names or the cool gyms. Here you can really breathe and live sport. The staff is very well prepared and always available. Hermes probably one of the best trainers / coaches / gurus in Italy.
