★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se si vuole fare attività fisica senza annoiarsi come nelle solite palestre. Oltre a Crossfit, ci sono corsi di pugilato e thai box ed eventualmente visita dalla nutrizionista.

As a first day and experience it was very nice, the instructor was sociable, friendly and helpful in explaining the exercises, the classmates the same.

Crossfit Buccinasco is an incredible place, super qualified personnel both in the fight area and in the crossfit one.
