F	Fede A on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo soggiornato in 6 per due notti e siamo rimasti davvero delusi dalla richiesta al checkout di 6 euro per il consumo dei condizionatori. We stayed in 6 for two nights and we were really disappointed by the request at checkout of 6 euros for the consumption of air conditioners.

La quinta stellina non l'ho assegnata per la mancaza di connessione a internet che era invece presente a quanto scritto nel foglio della prenotazione. House kept in impeccable condition, new and clean. The fifth star I have not given the tightness of this internet connection which was however present at what is written on the sheet of booking.

La proprietaria gentilissima e molto disponibile... alla partenza mi ha omaggiato di una confezione di limoni del luogo... Unico neo non c'è l'aria condizionata ma mi aveva avvisato... lo consiglio per chi cerca appartamenti in zona Nizza di Sicilia... Colazione con granita e panna accompagnata da ciambellina del luogo... I thought I had booked a double room for one night .. instead it was an entire apartment complete with everything ... at a ridiculous price (54 €) ... The very kind and very helpful owner ... at the start she gave me a gift of pack of local lemons ... The only drawback is that there is no air conditioning but warned me ... I recommend it for those looking for apartments in the Nizza di Sicilia area ... Breakfast with granita and cream accompanied by a local donut. ..

Però pecca in due piccoli particolari: non ho trovato bagnoschiuma in monodosi e la colazione misera se sfori devi dare aggiuntiva. Per il resto tutto ottimo anche come accoglienza e disponibilità. B&B as it appears on the photos. Clean, tidy, equipped with every comfort. But it flaws in two small details: I did not find single-dose shower gel and the poor breakfast if you go overboard you have to give additional. For the rest, everything is also excellent in terms of hospitality and availability.

Posto veramente tranquillo. Proprietari Seri, gentili e disponibili. Lo consiglio. Ottimo.Tutto ok.apartment of via longo 1, third floor, of Roccalumera clean, cozy, spacious and with 2 large balconies and above all very close to the sea. Really quiet place. Serious owners, kind and helpful. I advise.

Complesso di 3 piani senza ascensore. Very hot apartment and the consumption of air conditioners has been counted separately. Pets are not allowed and various restrictions. 3-storey complex without lift.
L	Leti Del on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ricordo a chi prenota e si trovasse a entrare nella struttura in ritardo rispetto all'orario previsto per il check in (ore 20.00) che deve pagare un supplemento (...) per l'attesa (...) dei proprietari. C'è da pagare anche un extra per gli asciugamani e l'aria condizionata. Vi consiglio infine di non dissentire (...) su queste questioni, se non aveste letto con attenzione le regole della casa prima dell'arrivo (...) o magari anche di ... disdire per tempo ! I remind those who book and find themselves entering the structure late with respect to the scheduled check-in time (20.00) that they must pay a supplement (...) for waiting (...) for the owners. There is also an extra charge for towels and air conditioning. Finally, I advise you not to disagree (...) on these issues, if you have not read the house rules carefully before arrival (...) or maybe even ... cancel in time!
