Posizione e panorama eccellente. La struttura esternamente merita e l'host molto gentile. Le camere hanno bisogno di un restauro perché non proprio al top.

It's a perfect place

Just a wonderful place for a family holiday on the beach. To the sea is approximately 20 meters on foot. The accommodation includes breakfast (croissant + coffee). In the same building as the appliances is the café "California Cafe", in which daily breakfast occurs from 6:00 and is convenient for the client. You go to the waiter, call your name, saying that you are a lodger and for how many days stayed. This information is recorded and the next day you can go just in the morning and have breakfast.The equipment is owned by a very nice elderly man of 60 years Carmello Riffato in half with his well-known very very very pleasant daughter Eliza, who understands and speaks English, unlike her father. Generally nearby in the district everyone speaks Italian, English for them is a big problem, like Turkish for ukrainians. If you can find a common language with Carmello, he even can treat you fruits from his own garden (figs, plums), which are very nice. Now about the rooms. The living conditions are just wonderful. The room is spacious, a huge double bed, a huge balcony, a table, chairs on the balcony, a clothes dryer on the balcony, a sink on the balcony. Despite the fact that our room had a side sea view, this did not spoil the experience. The sea was still perfectly visible. The furniture in the room are expensive, stylish, Italian style, in the room: air conditioning, TV (flat Samsung), refrigerator, gas cooker, hood, sink, a lot of dishes (ceramics, glass cups, coffee cups, saucers, soup plates, pizza dishes / spaghetti), dressers, room table and 4 chairs. Everything is wooden. Clay paintings of marine themes hang on the walls, a toilet room: a shower, a toilet, a bidet, a washbasin, a mirror, soap, shampoo, large towels there are in the room. The room is bright, with large metal-on-windows-doors to the balcony. The balcony can be accessed either from one room (main) or from the bedroom. On the balcony there is light. In general, this is perhaps the best option for those people who want to get out of the room and immediately dive into the sea. Near the apparatus there are bus stops, buses are go regularly and that are surprisingly empty (1-2 people). On the beach there is a shower with warm, sometimes even hot water. 2 stars. No more and no less. Why ? Let's start positively. The room is VERY clean. The bed is a bit worn but still quite comfortable. There are additional pillows in the wardrobe. The balcony is a good size and the view is very nice with a view of the sea and a extremly beautiful sunrise. The fridge is nice and big. The bathroom is also very clean. Let's get to the negative. First of all, I think it is an insolence on the part of the owner or the cleaning staff that the room is entered even though it says "do not disturb" outside! Not even with the argument that only the rubbish bin bags are changed and the toilet paper rolls are refilled. Anyone who, as a customer, does not hang the sign saying "pleas clean room" is your own fault. We had explicitly said "do not disturb". We asked the owner about it. Even in Italian. Then it was only said that we can send the cleaning staff out again. The stove top had a massive hole so that it couldn't be used. The trash bags in the bathroom were changed. Then open the window and light on. Mosquitoes As far as the eye can see. Thanks a lot for this. Anyone looking for peace and quiet is wrong here. The bar downstairs is open every day until 3 a.m. and every evening it is very loud. When the windows are closed it is bearable. On hot days this is very bad because the air conditioning does not work properly. In the evening you can't sit properly on the balcony because the bar opens the upper deck when the weather is good and warm. Everyone can look at the balcony. Likewise, everyone can look into the accommodation from the street as there is no privacy screen ON the balcony. And who wants to have the awning in front of their noses all the time? All in all, I don't really recommend this place to stay. Ps: We had the room directly above the bar.
